No, you don’t have to be home. We’re happy to do a final walk-through with you after the job is complete, but if you’re unavailable, we can also send before-and-after pictures via text.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We only collect payment once you’re 100% satisfied with our service and have done a walkthrough. If you're not home we will send you pictures and videos of the property.

We dilute our mixture to the industry standard of 1-3%. This insures no harm to your grass and flowers. With over 200 clients we have never received a complaint about dead vegetation.

We accept every form of payment with the exception of credit card. Cash, Check, Debit, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, and Cashapp are all acceptable. (If paying by check, please avoid writing over the numbers at the bottom. This ensures we can successfully process the payment through mobile deposit.)

Pricing varies for each job based on factors like square footage, accessibility, and the level of grime. For a rough estimate, we can use satellite imaging, but for a more accurate quote, we recommend sending us pictures or videos of your property. We also offer free estimates!
